At GrillCore, customer satisfaction is our priority.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Be returned with all original accessories and packaging.
• Show no signs of misuse or damage.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used BBQ grills or cooking equipment.
• Products damaged through improper use.
• Gift cards.
• Clearance or final sale items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your BBQ grill or accessory arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
